14-Day Returns: We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions: Shoes must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition. Please include the original packaging when available.

Free Returns: ToxicWardrobe covers return shipping costs for eligible returns within the USA, including wrong-size and change-of-mind returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Contact us if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will help arrange an appropriate resolution at no additional return shipping cost.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

How to Return: Contact us with your order number to receive return instructions and a prepaid shipping label. Please do not return items without authorization.
